Speaking of seasonal events, Vault Hunters can now take part in endless seasonal events thanks to today’s cross-platform game! 2) Click the Compatibility tab and check the Run this program as administrator box. Then click Apply and OK .

Will there be cross-play between the EGS and Steam?

If you’re picking a game on Steam and want to play someone on EGS, that’s good news. Borderlands 3 supports cross play between both platforms. 4) Restart Borderlands 3 from the Epic Games Launcher to test the problem.

If the problem persists, apply the hotfix below.

Borderlands 3 Cross-Platform PC Details

Gearbox Software and their partners are committed to supporting cross-play in Borderlands 3, however it will not be available on launch. Randy could not confirm which platforms will be part of their joint endeavors. That said, they want to bring the feature to as many platforms as possible.
