Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 is the newest multiplayer fighting game in the series. Call of Duty developers have released another beauty: Black Ops 4. This extravagant battle features distinctive characters in all-new settings. The game includes a new zombie experience, 3 maps and the “Black Ops Pass” which will provide additional extras and 4 exclusive characters. The latest offering in the Call of Duty series also includes the largest map to date.

Where did the campaign go?

When it was announced that the new Black Ops 4 had no campaign, waves of shock spread around the gaming community. In fact, the creator of the game Treyarch has abandoned the campaign mode this time to focus on the elegant Battle Royale. Call of Duty has brought together the best of its signature combat moves and several legendary maps in one epic game. Sure, there is no campaign, but instead you have “Blackout” in which you can play as your favorite Black Ops characters in the Battle Royale of the century. Brutal combat, grueling survival tactics on a map that spans lazy rivers and a colossal dam, all the way to a zombie-filled asylum.

Is there a campaign?

While there is no traditional campaign mode in this game, you can nevertheless choose one of the solo missions. Multiplayer allows you to manually select troops for adrenaline fueled ground combat. In Blackout mode, you can choose from duos, solos or “fours” in which it’s a fight to the last breath.

If you’d rather fight the dead, Black Ops 4 offers 3 epic zombie experiences: Blood of the Dead, Journey of Despair, and IX. Blood of the Dead is a battle with the undead in Alcatraz prison. The Cruise of Despair is the maiden (and only) voyage of the unfortunate Titanic, where you meet the supernatural in icy despair. Eventually, IX takes the battle back to Ancient Rome, where rifles and Kalashnikovs were replaced with swords and arrows. Black Ops Pass holders will also receive exclusive access to the new Alfa Omega experience.

What is the Black Ops Pass?

To enrich your experience, you can also download the Black Ops Pass. This will open up a whole new level of gore with the legendary Zombie game “Alpha Omega”. Or if you prefer traditional combat, the pass will unlock access to the Cuba Cold War Battle with the Havana map. The Black Ops Pass provides additional maps – including three maps for the multiplayer mode of Operation Apocalypse Z. You also get 4 exclusive Blackout characters.

It’s not cheap though, and the game is exciting without an update. If you are tempted by the Black Ops Pass, you should familiarize yourself with the transaction before taking this step.

If you’re running Black Ops 4 on a Windows PC, you’re in luck – get ready for Blizzard Battle. Specially optimized for PC users, this experience is reportedly Call of Duty’s best PC shooter to date. Get ready for 4K resolution and HDR and Blizzard Battle will be supported by ultra-wide monitors.

Another interesting addition to this program is “Fog of War”. This effectively darkens everything outside of your immediate surroundings, allowing enemies to sneak up on you and fight your boots on the ground.

Are there better combat games similar to Call of Duty Black Ops 4?

What is the Solo Missions mode?

This is Black Ops 4’s answer to the traditional campaign. Rather than focusing on the single-player lane, this program focuses on the history of “specialists” who are multiplayer characters. Each specialist also has a superpower that slowly builds up as you play.

This game works best on the big screen.
