Cyberpunk 2077: The Most Expensive Vehicles (& Whether They’re Worth It)
Cyberpunk 2077 offers some amazing cars that V can buy, but just because a vehicle is expensive doesn’t mean it’s worth the money.
If you have more than half an hour to narrate Cyberpunk 2077, chances are you’re glad to see you got a car that matches your character’s origins and personality. You may think this is enough to get around Night City. It may technically be true, but we’re talking about Night City. Why not practice a little vanity?
Even a fully completed and cleaned up game won’t give V enough money to buy it all, but if you spend your centrifuges wisely, you can at least remove your dream cars from the list. Just make sure you don’t get a crash in return for that hard earned money! And don’t spend whirlwinds on a car that you can get for free if you complete certain tasks.
Rayfield Aerondight S9 “Guinevere” – $225,000 (Worth It)
This hypercar has nearly a quarter of a million whirlpools and a full $ 68,000 more than the second-most expensive car. It’s not as fast as the Caliburn, but acceleration is different.
Moreover, it is described as worth more than the entire GDP of a small nation. When you flash those wheels around town, it really feels like passersby will automatically assume you’re a successful businessman with cash to burn.
Once you exit the first act of the game and complete your heist, you’ll be set free in a more open Night City, with almost all of the Cyberpunk content to explore. This also applies to buying cars.
How to unlock cars and motorbikes in Cyberpunk 2077
Night City is a big place and if you want to traverse it quickly, you need a car or a motorcycle, then you need to buy it.
Repairers will occasionally offer you the option of purchasing a car or a motorcycle while playing Cyberpunk 2077. To unlock these opportunities, you must first reach a certain Street Cred level, then you must visit a certain part of Night City, such as Westbrook.
Once you get there, you have to wait for a service technician to call you about the vehicle they would like you to buy. It may take some time for this call to occur, so engage in whatever activity you choose until it does.
After receiving the summon, go to the place where the vehicle is, and if you have enough Eddies, you can buy it.
Don’t worry if you don’t have the money yet – the vehicle will happily sit there until you’re ready to buy it.
How to unlock cars and motorbikes in Cyberpunk 2077
Not every car or motorbike in Cyberpunk 2077 comes with a price tag, and you’ll be able to unlock several vehicles by simply exploring the world or completing specific side quests.
When it comes to unlocking vehicles through side quests, remember that your previous actions may have blocked access to a specific mission. For example, if you send the body after the Heist mission to Viktor, you won’t be able to complete the Heroes side quest, which allows you to unlock the Nazaré motorcycle.
After you unlock or purchase a vehicle, it will be automatically added to your vehicle list and you can use it at any time. Summoning your car will also repair any damage it may have received!
Cyberpunk 2077 is part traditional RPG, part open-world game Grand Theft Auto. The latter part means that there are a lot of vehicles on the streets.

You give us money, we give you advertising-free reading, discounts on gadgets, monthly newsletter and elite status among your friends.
To do these things, you must have one. You will start in Cyberpunk 2077 with one car – Archer Hella EC-D. It’s a great early game vehicle, but you’ll likely want something faster – and a little more bizarre soon.
Can I Buy Cars in Cyberpunk 2077?
Yes, you can buy cars in Cyberpunk 2077, but the process of obtaining them is a bit strange.
Advertising – Content continues below
There are no traditional car dealerships in Night City (at least none have been found yet). Instead, new car purchase opportunities tend to close after specific progression events. Completing specific missions will unlock the ability to purchase a new car, as well as earning enough Street Cred.
Basically, the best way to unlock cars is to drive around town, complete side quests, and continue progressing through the main storyline. Eventually, new car purchases will be added to the side quest log.
Just know that unlocking a chance to buy a new vehicle does not necessarily unlock the vehicle itself. While free rides can be earned, you will still have to pay for many vehicles in the game. This is potentially very bad news considering some of the best cars in the game come with the highest prices in Night City.
Can I Customize Cars in Cyberpunk 2077?
The very short answer to this question is “no.”
While CD Projekt Red was working on a car customization system, they revealed that this feature was abandoned at some stage of development. It’s not entirely clear what the problem was, but it would be nice if car customization options were added to the game along with the ability to change your character’s physical appearance after going through the initial character creation phase.
The downside to this, however, is that you won’t be able to summon this vehicle whenever you need it. Instead, you’ll eventually have to dump it on the street corner knowing it will be gone forever – possibly because someone else stole it.
All you need to know about Vehicles
In this section
Considering how vast the neighborhoods of Night City are, you won’t get far without a vehicle: you’ll only unlock the fast travel terminals when you pass them for the first time. In this section, we will answer all your questions about vehicles in Cyberpunk 2077.
- By purchasing all the vehicles offered by the Fixers (for a total price of € 400,722,000), you will unlock the “Autojock” trophy. This requires a maximum Street Cred Level of 50 as most recent sales are only unlocked at Level 50. Read more about achievements and trophies in our Achievement Guide.
How do I get Vehicles in Cyberpunk 2077?
Basically, there are three options: Buy them, steal them, or get them as gifts. The most expensive method is to buy vehicles offered by various fixers. Follow the appropriate sell order to the vehicle’s location, pay the purchase fee, and jump in.
The purchased vehicles appear in the “Call a Vehicle” selection menu, unless they are in the immediate vicinity of V. If you are still running out of cash for the vehicle of your dreams, you can find some useful tips on how to fund your bank account in our Earning Money Guide.
In order to hijack moving cars, you need to reach the required attribute level in ‘Body
You can steal a parked vehicle by opening the lock on the door. This usually requires a certain Attribute Level in a Technical Skill – assign more Attribute Points (see the Skill Guide for more information) if you want to be able to jailbreak cars more often. Hijacking a moving vehicle with a passenger inside, however, depends on V’s body as you have to intimidate the driver into handing the car over to you. The more expensive the car, the higher the requirements for the requested Attributes.
Stolen vehicles cannot be summoned via the “Summon Vehicle” menu and will disappear from the game world if you move away from them. The police may also be on your tail after the theft – running away is the only option in this case.
The cheapest way to get a vehicle is by completing missions: some vehicles can be obtained after completing a specific mission. Others require you to make a decision or do something specific in order to receive a vehicle. You can collect two cars just by visiting a specific location – it can’t be cheaper!
How do I call Personal Vehicles?
Stand on the road and briefly press the appropriate key (keyboard – V; controller – right arrow). If V has only one vehicle, it will automatically drive up to you. The distance to the vehicle is displayed on the left next to the minimap. If you have already purchased several vehicles, hold down the appropriate key until the selection menu appears. Select the desired car or bike and request it. You can even summon all your vehicles, as long as there is enough space in the area.
- Do not call your car on roads where traffic is already congested. Go to a less crowded side street or parking lot. The easier you make AI deliver your vehicle to you, the sooner you start driving on the road.
What can I do while driving and what Camera Perspectives can I choose?
Briefly press R (keyboard) or R1 / RB (controller) while driving to turn on the radio in your vehicle and display the radio station selection. Select a radio station and confirm your selection to listen to that station as your preferred standard station. When the music stops working for you, just repeat the procedure and select a new radio station.
Cyberpunk 2077 Vehicle Overview
In the two tables below, we have listed all the cars and motorbikes available in missions or for sale. In addition to the name and technical details such as propulsion, power and weight, we also listed retail prices, the required street license level to get a sell order, and a car repairer that can be bought at the table. We also list the district where the job is located.
For vehicles that can be obtained in missions, we will mention the mission and potential requirements – we won’t go into more detail here to avoid breaking too much. However, in the “Free Vehicles and How to Get Them” section, you cannot do without spoilers, as we detail what needs to be done to get the right vehicle.

However, when it comes to stealing used cars, you’ll have to steal them while the driver is waiting at the spotlights, or block his way with your own vehicle. Then you will need a certain level in the Body attribute to get the driver out of the car and again, this level required will depend on the value of the car.
Chasing and shooting while driving
In story missions, you will often have the opportunity to take part in chases and shootings while driving. You will use your weapon and in some cases also a cannon or other vehicle weapon. Unfortunately, shooting while driving is only available in missions. You cannot lean over and shoot at any time.
The best car
It is difficult to determine which vehicle in Cyberpunk 2077 is the best – the choice most often depends on the subjective driving experience (acceleration of the vehicle or its grip on the road). Certainly, one of the most interesting vehicles is the Basilisk – a tank that you can use during the Queen of the Highway quest.
The fastest car in the game is worth mentioning, the Rayfield Caliburn – you can get it absolutely for free, following the tips on the Free vehicles list page. The fastest motorcycle is the Yaiba Kusanagi CT-3X, which can be purchased for 22,000 credits after reaching 12 Street Cred.
How to get it? Currently, there are three known ways to get one. The first requires you to raise your Street Cred to 40 and buy an Arche Nazare motorcycle from an installer in Westbrook for 138,000 vortices. Ouch.
How to steal cars and keep them in Cyberpunk 2077
In short, to steal a car you just need to enter the one sitting unattended and drive away with it. You can also hijack any vehicle on the road or street, as long as you have the required body attribute level.
For example, the car in the picture above needed a minimum of 6 points to “take control”, or be careful as this is a quick way to get a warrant. On top of that, you may not even want to bother with car theft as there is no way to stop stolen vehicles which leads us to how to buy cars.
How to buy cars and how to unlock them
In short, to buy cars, you have to buy them from Armors when they offer to sell them to you. But to get to this point, you need to level your representation on the street to a certain level.
Then, when you are walking in a specific neighborhood, you can get a call from them asking you to sell a new car. It’s worth noting, however, that this can take a while, so you can complete several missions or assignments in the meantime. Once you answer the call, you can purchase any vehicle they offer you, as long as you have enough money.
You can also get cars by completing both main and side quests, so keep playing and you’ll end up earning more. Along with that, you can even unlock and buy new cars by simply driving into new areas like the Badlands.
