Knowing the challenge
Introduced in Chapter 2 – Season 2, Lieutenants are AI characters who frequently roam new areas of the map. Like other NPCs that existed in Fortnite, these characters will try to attack you when they see you, so it’s important to stay hidden or be ready to fight. However, disguising yourself in a phone booth will allow you to look like someone, which will make it much easier to navigate the area.
It’s an incredibly cool new addition to Fortnite that still makes it a more unique battle royale game. Since each of the followers also looks different, you’ll change into different outfits.

Many players said they can accept NPC missions by visiting the payphone.
This is not certain as players may discover another NPC on the other end of the payphone, but it is possible that it is one of the three NPCs required for the Superman challenge.

Below is a list of all the phone booth locations for Fortnite Season 7. Wherever players disembark from the combat bus at the start of a round of battle royale, they should be within walking distance of at least one pay phone, if not several. If players encounter another NPC issuing missions from the payphone they discovered early on, they should just wander around until they appear in the payphone menu. Otherwise, players will have to wait for Epic Games to fix the problem with a fix, which is usually a minor fix that is quickly applied to the game.
