Fortnite – Water, Ranger, and Air Traffic Control Tower Locations

One of the Fortnite Battle Pass multi-stage challenges for Week 5 of Season 7 is to dance on top of a series of towers that span the entire map. You have to look for three towers and you have to dance on each of them in the order they are listed to progress in the challenge. Below, we’re going to show you where to find Fortnite’s water tower, ranger tower, and air traffic control tower, so you can make your move on each of them and be on your way.

Here’s where to dance on top of the water towers, rangers, and air traffic control in the Fortnite Battle Royale Season 5 Week 7 Challenge.

Fortnite water tower location

The water tower is located in Retail Row. The tower stands right next to the shop window on the eastern side of the city. Many will immediately recognize the tower as it is one of Fortnite’s longest standing structures, untouched by map changes throughout the season. Build your way up or land on top of the water tower and hit the emote of your choice to complete the first part of the challenge.

Where is the Water Tower in Fortnite?

Players looking for the location of this structure on the water will need to head to the Retail Row location on the Battle Royale title map. The structure you’ll have to dance on to complete this specific Week 5 Challenge is in the Southeast corner of Retail Row. As this structure is the tallest in the Retail Row location, players should not have much trouble locating the water structure.

As many players are likely trying to dance on top of the Fortnite water tower to complete the newly added challenge in Season 7, Week 5, you’ll need to be battle-ready to safely dance on top of the structure. Playing a game mode like Team Rumble would be the safest way to complete this challenge as you won’t have to worry about enemy players landing near that location early in the match.

As you dance on top of the Fortnite water tower, you’ll be able to move on to the next stages of the Season 7, Week 5 Challenge, which includes dancing on top of the Ranger Tower and the Air Traffic Control Tower.

The Week 5 Challenges for Fortnite Season 7 are here now, and one of them is quite similar to the Dancing on Top challenge we saw in Week 1. This time, you’ll have to dance on many different types of towers. Here’s where you can dance on top of Fortnite’s water tower, watchtower, and air traffic control tower.

Where to Dance on Top of a Water Tower in Fortnite

The first stage of this week 5 of the Fortnite Season 7 Challenge is to dance on top of the water tower. Luckily, this one is fairly easy to find as it is located in the Southeast of Retail Row. You can check its location on the map in the screenshot below.

And once you get there, you should see the water tower quite easily. It’s obvious enough to spot it, but if you’re having trouble locating it, we’ve included another Fortnite water tower screenshot below so you can jump up on it in no time.

Where to Dance on Top of a Ranger Tower in Fortnite

Stage 2 This Week 5 The Fortnite Challenge puts players in the position of “dancing on top of the Ranger Tower”. The Ranger Tower itself is located on the far eastern side of the map, south of Lonely Lodge. Check out the map screenshot below.

It’s the wooden one with the stairs all the way to the top, if you haven’t yet guessed. For those of you who tend to stick to the west side of the Fortnite map, we’ve included an image of the Ranger’s tower below.

Where to Dance on Top of a Air Traffic Control Tower Location in Fortnite

Last but certainly not least, you will have to “dance on top of the air traffic control tower”. This can be found in Frosty Flights in the new iceberg biome on the Fortnite & map. You want to land south of the east end of the runway. Please check below screenshot for exact location.

The air traffic control tower is a large red tower with a satellite dish on top. What does the Fortnite air traffic control tower look like in the screenshot below once again.

Answer: The water tower is located on the Southeast of Retail Row. The Ranger Tower is just south of Lonely Lodge and is made of wood with steps leading to the top. As Fortnite Season Seven begins, Week Five, it’s clear that the map towers are a big part of the completion of the action, and hopefully they’ll bring you a step or two closer to earning these exclusive rewards.

When you get to each of these towers, you have to climb to the very top and dance. This in itself presents a challenge – especially if some malicious person kills you before you can cast any shapes.

Hopefully most people will see trial challenges as part of the game and at least let players dance before they brutally shoot them in the head.

Once you are on the towers you have to climb them, possibly using building materials – so make sure you have everything you need before trying it. You can also try to land on them from the plane drop.

So where are the towers and how to get to them? Let’s start with the map!

Where is the water tower?

This is the first part of the tower dancing challenge. You will find the water tower in Retail Row in the southeast corner.

Build a structure to reach the top and keep an eye out for the treasure chest, which is also usually found in this location.

Once you’ve got your stuff here, it’s time to head to the next location.

Where is the ranger tower?

Good news, the ranger tower has stairs! So once you get there, you’ll have an extra way to get to the top.

The Ranger Tower is at the Lonely Lodge so chances are good it will be crowded there. One of the challenges is getting to the top without getting murdered.

It’s a little easier to complete this challenge if you’re in one of the team modes.

Where is the air traffic tower?

Ice Flights is one of the new winter regions on the map. This is where you will find the runway and of course the air traffic tower.

It’s just south of the runway and north of the main buildings.

Again, like the ranger tower, it has stairs so it’s not that hard to climb. But of course other players may be hanging around waiting to be eliminated from you.
