How to buy MAPS (MAPS) in the US

MAPS

How to buy MAPS

1. Compare crypto exchanges

The easiest way to buy MAPS is on the cryptocurrency exchange. The comparison in the table below helps you find a device with the features you need, such as low fees, ease of use, or 24/7 customer support.

2. Create an account

To create an account on the exchange, you need to verify your email address and identity. Have photo ID and telephone ready.

3. Make a deposit

Once verified, you can deposit $ using the payment method that works best for you – cryptocurrency, and payments are widely accepted.

4. Buy MAPS

You can now exchange your funds for MAPS. On easier-to-use exchanges, it’s as simple as entering the amount you want to buy and clicking buy. You can now withdraw your MAPS to your personal wallet if you wish.

Where to buy MAPS

Find an exchange to buy, sell and trade MAPS by comparing deposit methods, fiat currencies and fees. Select Go to Site to register directly with the provider.

Steps on how to buy MAPS

Look for an exchange that supports both fiat currencies and cryptocurrencies to simplify your MAPS buying process.

  1. Compare cryptocurrency exchanges that support MAPS.

What to consider when buying MAPS

Purchasing cryptocurrency can be a risky venture, but there are precautions you can take to reduce your risk:

  • Do not buy coins through FOMO: Take the time to research a coin before you decide to invest, especially if the coin price is skyrocketing for no reason.
  • Stick to the well-known exchanges: Unless you are an experienced cryptocurrency trader, stick to the more famous cryptocurrency exchanges to avoid the possibility of losing money due to fraud. If possible, keep your cryptocurrency in a hardware wallet instead of the exchange.
  • Take a look at the coin’s founders and creators: Anonymous teams are often a red flag, so if you can’t find details about the coin’s creator, you may want to consider investing in a different cryptocurrency.

How to sell MAPS

You can withdraw your MAPS using the same exchange that you used to buy them:

  1. Log in to the exchange where you have MAPS.
If you keep your MAPS in a digital wallet, compare cryptocurrency exchanges to sell them.
  2. Place a sell order.
Select the amount of MAPS you want to sell.
  3. Complete the transaction.
Confirm the sale price and fees and close the MAPS sale.

Purchasing parts of maps¶

You can partially buy maps of Great Britain, France and Belgium. To buy a part of a map, first go to Menu> Maps> Store and touch the desired map. If no purchases have been made yet, the Map Information screen will open, as in the example below:

Map information United Kingdom Topo GPS

United Kingdom Map Information Screen ¶

Tap the “Select Map Part” button to return to the Home Screen. Then enlarge the desired area. As you can see in the example below, the map is divided into price squares:

Topo GPS

Prices are in squares that have not been bought. ¶

Prices are only for parts that have not been purchased. To buy a part of the map, just tap on it to select it. The price will be displayed on the bottom bar as you can see in the picture below:

Topo GPS

A square was selected for purchase. ¶

In the example, an 8 x 8 km square is selected. If you need more squares, you can choose more and the price on the bottom bar will increase accordingly. If you zoom in, the squares will become smaller so you can select the region more accurately. If you zoom out, the squares will become larger so you can select a larger region more quickly. If you buy a larger region right away, the most common discount is.

If you press the info button (i) on the bottom shopping bar, the map information screen will open and you can check the purchase conditions.

If you want to change the selected squares, you can simply tap on the selected tile to deselect it. You can also tap the cross on the bottom shopping bar to deselect all tiles at once.

If you want to buy squares on the route, load the route on the map and touch the route to open the route details screen. Then scroll down the route details to the “For purchasing map tiles” section. Tap “Add to Cart”. Then you will go back to the main map and the route squares will be selected.

If you tap the purchase button in the example above, the AppStore popup will ask you to confirm the purchase:

AppStore pop-up confirming the purchase of Topo GPS

A popup from the AppStore asks for a confirmation of the purchase of 64 km2 UK. ¶

If you press “Confirm” in the pop-up AppStore, the selected area will be purchased. The area will be available immediately as shown in the example below:

Purchase of Topo GPS tiles

The selected area has been purchased. ¶

After purchasing an area, all tiles for the purchased area will be downloaded automatically, making them available for offline use. Area tiles that have not been purchased cannot be accessed offline. Therefore, you can only get 100% offline access if you enlarge the area that is fully purchased.

Purchasing subscriptions¶

In addition to purchasing part of the map, there is also the option of purchasing an annual map subscription of Great Britain, France and Belgium. If you need large areas of the map, it may be cheaper to subscribe than parts of the map.

To subscribe, first open the maps screen by selecting Menu> Maps. Then tap the info button (i) next to the map. Scroll down to the subscription section. Using the UK example, the subscription section looks like this:

Topo GPS

Subscription information topographic map of Great Britain ¶

You can read the subscription terms in the subscription section. If you press the buy button, you will be asked to confirm the purchase. After confirmation, you will return to the main screen and the entire map will be available.

Subscriptions are available on all devices using the same Apple ID. Subscriptions cannot be shared through family sharing. To subscribe on another device, you may need to tap Menu> Maps> Restore previous purchases.

Cancel subscriptions¶

To unsubscribe, go to Menu> Maps. Then tap the info button (i) next to the map you subscribe to. Scroll down to the subscription section. Then tap “Unsubscribe”. You will be taken to the AppStore website where you can manage your subscription and also cancel it. If you cancel your subscription, the map will remain available until the end of the current subscription period.

Mobile device management¶

Organizations sometimes use devices managed centrally with mobile device management (MDM) software. We can provide these managed devices with the maps you want. This works through a managed application configuration file. The admin only needs to enter the name of the organization and the license key we will provide. The purchased maps and layers will then be available for all managed devices.

Step Three: Use your Bitcoin or Ethereum investment to purchase MAPS (MAPS)

Now it’s time to buy MAPS (MAPS) with your investment from Coinbase.

As Coinbase only allows you to buy Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum and Litecoin, you will have to move your BTC or ETH investment to another cryptocurrency exchange. I know it sounds painful, but it really isn’t.

At the moment, you can buy MAPS (MAPS) on many cryptocurrency exchanges, including FTX.

As each exchange has its own way to set up a trading account, I’ll have to skip this part of this guide, but most exchanges (like the first partner) have a similarly easy setup process to Coinbase. Additionally, since your financing will be via Bitcoin or Ethereum that you have already purchased, it should take less time to set up.

After setting up a trading account on one of the exchanges where MAPS is traded (MAPS), you will need to transfer your BTC or ETH from Coinbase to that particular exchange. This is done using the wallet system.

Don’t get overwhelmed as it is quite simple.

On the exchange where you want to buy MAPS (MAPS), you need to get a BTC or ETH wallet ID for your account. On most exchanges, you’ll see a DEPOSIT button next to BTC or ETH. After clicking, you should see (or receive a click button to create) your Portfolio ID. This wallet ID is specific to your account.

MAKE SURE you are getting the Wallet ID for the correct currency purchased as Coinbase. Bitcoins can only enter Bitcoin wallets, Ethereum can only enter Ethereum wallets.

After you have obtained the wallet ID of the specific currency, go back to your Coinbase account. As I don’t want to skip any steps in this important process, click here to view Coinbase’s official guide to transferring currency to another wallet.

Now you are playing a short pending game as your transfer has to pass through the cryptocurrency ecosystem and be confirmed multiple times. You have nothing to do but wait for it to happen. Depending on the day, this may take 5 minutes or even several hours.

The good news is that they give you a link to track the transfer in your Coinbase account.

After confirming the transfer, it should appear on your exchange account and will be immediately ready to use for the purchase of MAPS (MAPS).

If you’ve purchased Ethereum (ETH) from Coinbase, you’ll want to look for a MAPS / ETH investment.

For Bitcoin, look for MAPS / BTC.

If MAPS (MAPS) doesn’t have an investment option using the currency purchased as Coinbase, don’t worry. All you need to do is convert the currency to a specific currency.

Again, I am not a licensed professional so I cannot give you any investment advice on how to handle the next step.

Once you’re ready to buy MAPS (MAP), you’ll likely have a couple of ways to do it.

The first is buying at market price. This is the current price at which MAPS (MAPS) is quoted. There is nothing wrong with buying at this price, but if you think the price is going to drop or you want to buy it at a lower price, take a look at the limit price.

The price limit basically says you want to buy a certain amount of MAPS (MAPS) at a certain price. If the MAPS price reaches this price, your order will be processed. Remember that, given how volatile the market is, there is no guarantee that the price will fall within your price limit.

You are a proud investor in MAPS (MAPS)!

NOTE: Here is a guide on how to buy MAPS (MAPS) for USD, should you ever need them in the future.

UPDATE 2021: I started considering a recurring investment in MAPS but had difficulties with the math. Yesterday evening, I created a quick website that allows me to see what my return on investment would be if I had consistently invested in MAPS over the past year. Here is an example of what I would have done if I had invested $ 5 a week in MAPS last year.

If you are interested in at-home cryptocurrency mining, I have written my story on how I started Bitcoin at-home mining in 2021 which details various easy-to-set-up at-home cryptocurrency mining platforms. Right now, I’m earning about $ 12 a day.

Many of you have asked how I stick to a few steps before playing crypto and wondered if there is a way for me to share this knowledge with you it is good! I am starting a cryptocurrency newsletter which will give you an insight into what is happening in the cryptocurrency space and hopefully it will give you early access to various software from some amazing project being made in the cryptocurrency world. You can click here to register if you are interested.

One piece of advice: now that you have made your first MAPS (MAPS) investment, you should MAKE SURE you are following your investment. Even though the exchange where you bought MAPS does it for you, using a third-party website or app makes this task much easier. Here is a list of the best cryptocurrency investment tracking websites and apps that you can use.

Also, if you are interested in investing in other cryptocurrencies, most likely you can do so on the exchange where you previously invested in MAPS (MAPS). If not, just follow the same steps as before, except for skipping all of setting up your Coinbase account as you already got around to it.

NOTE # 2: We have also compiled a guide to the best exchanges for you to purchase MAPS (MAPS) should you ever need them in the future.

The High Stakes Treasure

The High Stakes treasure can be triggered either during a random encounter in the world, or later by purchasing a fence map if the player missed the random encounter enough times.

To find the first of the High Stakes treasure maps, you need to watch out for an elderly treasure hunter.

RDR2 HighStakesTreasure 01-1.jpg

He won’t give up his own map, so you have to rob him at gunpoint, kill him or tie him up, and then rob him. If these don’t fit your liking, just bump into him hard enough and he’ll drop the map.

RDR2 HighStakesTreasure 01-2.jpg

We were most lucky to find it on top of a large rock northeast of Riggs Station, though it can also appear at different places between Strawberry and Valentine’s Day.

RDR2 HighStakesTreasure 01-3.jpg

After collecting the map, you will find the first treasure chest in Cumberland Falls, west of Valentine.

RDR2 HighStakesTreasure 01-4.jpg

Walk to the base of the waterfall from the west and then swim to the rocks on the south side of the waterfall.

RDR2 HighStakesTreasure 01-5.jpg

You will find a fallen tree that will allow you to get to the side of the waterfall – climb behind the waterfall to collect the stash and another map.

High Stakes Treasure Map 2

The second High Stakes treasure map will take you north to Grizzlies West.

RDR2 HighStakesTreasure 02-1.jpg

This treasure chest is located by the frozen water of Barrow Lagoon, between Lake Isabelle and Widow’s Rock.

RDR2 HighStakesTreasure 02-2.jpg

Go down to the frozen lake and look for a tree connecting the ice-covered island and the rocky shores of the lagoon.

RDR2 HighStakesTreasure 02-3.jpg

RDR2 HighStakesTreasure 02-4.jpg

You’ll find a treasure and another map hidden in the log bridge junction.

Purchases of map parts are synced to other devices via iCloud. You need to turn on iOS Account> iCloud> iCloud Drive> Topo GPS settings on your devices to see purchases on other devices.

What are the different types of maps of Wyoming available on Muir Way?

Our Wyoming maps come in several different styles including:

Wyoming Relief Maps – Our Wyoming relief maps combine historic landscapes with modern technology to showcase the mountains and meadows of Wyoming in a new way. Using digital elevation data and hand-shaded relief, we enhance the vintage maps to create a 3D effect on a 2D surface. See the spectacular Wyoming terrain in vivid colors on our Relief Wyoming 1985 map, or take a closer look at Yellowstone National Park featured in our Yellowstone Relief 1878 map .

Wyoming Elevation Maps – Our Wyoming Elevation Map uses digital elevation data from the USGS and a hand-shaded relief, similar to our relief maps, to create a high-contrast 3D effect in stunning black and white.

Wyoming Hydrology Maps – Our hydrology maps show the intricate network of waterways, from vast lakes to narrow tributaries that flow into larger rivers. Follow the Wyoming waterways on our Wyoming Hydrology Series map and you’ll see any body of water greater than 0.2 miles in diameter. What makes our hydrological maps unique? We use a method called Strahler Stream Order to show a hierarchy of streams as they emerge from their source, with rivers being denser as they take over the flow of tributaries. The map is available in black, blue or green. Want to see the “big picture”? View our Great Basin Hydrology series map for watersheds across most of North America, including Wyoming, or the Missouri hydrological map .

Enhanced Vintage Wyoming Maps – Enjoy the history and charm of old maps in a new way with our 1872 Montana & Wyoming Territories Map. Unlike our elevation maps, Muir Way historical maps do not contain enhanced elevation effects, but contain a history record beautifully restored to preserve its historic charm without wear and tear. Our vintage Wyoming maps are also printed to order using archival materials.

What are some prominent features on the map of Wyoming?

Wyoming’s geographic landscape encompasses a wide variety of environments, from mountain peaks to grasslands, pine forests, impressive rivers, and pristine lakes. Great national parks such as Yellowstone and Grand Tetons come to life with our relief maps.

Wyoming is a plateau state crisscrossed by mountains. The Rocky Mountains extend over most of the state. The state is also home to the Big Horn Mountains, the Laramie Ranges, the Black Hills, the beautiful Teton Mountains, the Absaroka Ranges, and more.

If you enjoy snowmobiling or skiing, our Jackson Hole, Wyoming map will amaze you with dramatic changes in altitude. Each line of our TOPO map represents a specific height, so you can determine the degree of slope, how close the lines are to each other, allowing you to relive those breathtaking slopes.

Wyoming is home to the Continental Divide, which stretches north to south in the central part of the state. Rivers to the east of the watershed run into the Missouri River basin and eventually into the Gulf of Mexico. On the west side of the Continental Divide, the rivers eventually drain into the Columbia River and the Pacific Ocean.
